With the Tokyo Olympic Games pushed back by a year because of the coronavirus pandemic, qualified athletes have to find a way to stay in peak form until the summer of 2021.
I thought I’d show you how some Olympic teammates are keeping up their training from home.

And silver medalist long-distance runner Paul Chelimo has made a treadmill using dish soap, a bathtub, and a towel bar.
Maybe don’t try this one at home!
Trying this out in case, there is a curfew!
