The Métis National Council launched a new website Monday. The Council says the mobile-friendly site will provide up-to-date information on the Métis nation.
A Sixties Scoop portal provides survivors with key resources like resolution agreement between the Métis Nation and the federal government. There is also a portal dedicated to Métis veterans. There you can find information about the recognition payment agreement plan.
The website is divided into five aspects of Métis self-determination: political development, social development, economic development, cultural development and fighting climate change.
You can find the new website here.
