Tattoo artist Miles Langford shared a post posing with Smith, captioned, “@samsmith thank you! Swipe to see their new tattoo from @mileslangford.”
The tattoo appears to be a nod to Smith’s non-binary gender, and if the comments are any indication, people are loving it!
