As Toronto has been in Stage 3 for a little over a month now, I believe it is only fitting to look into the Top 5 aesthetically pleasing and good tasting indoor dining restaurants in the city. These are perfect to check out over the weekend!
This 5,000 square foot classic Greek restaurant is a slice of Mykonos right on King West and features dishes such as plates of meze and seafood. These dishes incorporate ingredients imported from Greece such as fresh seabass, kefalograviera cheese that’s set aflame in front of guests, saganaki style, and finally fava beans from Santorini. This Myth is a revival from the sons of the original Myth that opened in 1994 in Greektown. The beautiful interior of this restaurant is decorated with accents that one would see in Greece, evoking coastal lounge vibes. This revamped beautiful restaurant was formerly known as Citizen bar. The entrance uses rocks from Thessaloniki. This is a must-visit if you are looking for traditional Greek food with vacation vibes.
The Lobby is a beautiful cocktail bar with a Latin American-based menu. Although the menu is small featuring tacos and guacamole and chips it is done tastefully. To. accompany these dishes there is a great cocktail menu that pairs perfectly with the food options. The inside of this restaurant is beautiful with its arched windows, dim lighting, and ceiling that is covered in greenery. It is modern mixed with old charm and is a great atmosphere, which is why I would highly recommend this restaurant.
This modern Italian restaurant opened in 2017 on King West and provides guests with a contemporary Italian experience in the heart of the city. It combines arches that mimic Italian historic architecture with a chic environment that has its roots planted in the Italian tradition. The menu features Italian classics. This stylish modern-day interior creates a great environment to enjoy our favorite Italian dishes.
Figo is an amazing Italian restaurant with a beautiful interior that is guaranteed to have you snapping pics of not only the food but the restaurant itself. Its menu features authentic Italian cuisine with modern touches that will make you feel as though you have a little taste of Italy in the heart of Toronto.
Kasa Moto is located in Yorkville and has a two-story contemporary Japanese restaurant. It has an elegant interior and a rooftop terrace that has an excellent ambiance. The quaint neighbourhood of Yorkville is great to walk around in, after enjoying a filling, yet delicious meal.
