Travel and Leisure magazine named two Ontario boroughs as the best small towns to live in Canada. The list is comprised of twelve different towns, all across the country. Ontario’s, Elora and Niagara on the Lake topped the list.
Beyond the Falls, Niagara on the Lake offers vineyards, unique dining experiences, nightly entertainment and heritage sites. Not only that, but it boasts a well-connected transit system to get around.
Meanwhile, Elora offers an escape from the big city. The town includes several historical buildings and is a little hub for art, food, small business and culture. For nature lovers, it best known for it’s hiking trails, turquoise-blue waters and rocky formations.
Other towns on the list include Baie-Saint-Paul, Quebec, Banff, Alberta, Dawson, Yukon, Tofino, British Columbia and Victoria-by-the-Sea, Prince Edward Island. Check it out here.
