Mastercard Foundation’s EleV Program Sets Bold Goals For Indigenous Youth
The Mastercard Foundation has announced that they have set a goal to help 100,000 Indigenous youth through their EleV program. The EleV program seeks to transform education and employment platforms by the year 2030, in order to better accommodate Indigenous youth.
The EleV program was first established in 2017, and supports Indigenous youth through post-secondary education and on to meaningful work, and the program has already helped over 10,700 people today.
The national launch of the EleV Program takes place on October 26, and to celebrate, there will be a televised launch event on APTN. The event will be co-hosted by Don Kelly and Erin Goodpipe, and feature performances from the likes of Boogey The Beat, Neon Dreams, Beatrice Deer Band, Snotty Nose Rez Kids, and more.
The televised launch event airs on October 26 from 9pm to 10:30pm on APTN, or you can tune in to the livestream and find out more information by clicking here.
