Remembrance Day in Toronto

Remembrance Day is November 11th– a day to commemorate the end of the First World War, and to acknowledge the sacrifices of the brave soldiers who fought to end one of the world’s largest and most gruesome conflicts.

In Toronto, the Royal Canadian Air Force will be doing a 21-gun salute and a flypast of  the north side of Queen’s park at 11am.
The city will also show a live stream on their YouTube channel of the Remembrance Day ceremony at Old City Hall beginning at 10:45am.

Finally, the TTC will stop all vehicles for two minutes at 11am.

ELMNT wishes you all a good Remembrance Day.
